German Ambassador to Libya discusses cooperation with Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry

Tripoli, December 23, 2024 (LANA) - The head of the General Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, "Mohammed Al-Raid", discussed with the newly accredited German Ambassador to Libya, "Ralph Tarraf", economic cooperation between the two countries and ways to develop it to serve the common interest.

The meeting, which took place during a visit by the German Ambassador "Ralph Tarraf" to the headquarters of the General Union, discussed the difficulties and problems facing the return of German companies to work in Libya and efforts to overcome them.

The two sides stressed the need to enhance cooperation between the private sector in both countries and develop this cooperation to include all other fields, in addition to holding economic forums and exchanging trade delegations.
