Al-Qubba, 18 December 2024 (Lana) Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Ageela Saleh, discussed yesterday with the Chargé d'Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Libya, Jeremy Berndt, and his accompanying delegation the latest political and economic developments in Libya.
The spokesman for the HoR, Abdullah Belihaq, said that during the meeting they stressed the importance of making all efforts to support the UNSMIL’s unified efforts to advance the political process and forming a unified government with specific terms aimed at holding presidential and parliamentary elections.
