"Abdel Kabir" added in press statements that 18 Tunisians have been released so far, while 12 others will appear before the Libyan judiciary next Thursday, explaining that all the violations of the detainees are customs violations that do not require imprisonment.
He explained that the rulings in the criminal reports vary between seizing cars, seizing goods, and paying fines not exceeding 4,000 dinars per person.
"Abdel Kabir" had announced two days ago that Libya had released 10 Tunisian traders out of 30 who were detained in it.
He explained that the Libyan authorities arrested the Tunisian traders on the basis of reports of carrying prohibited goods, noting that they were sentenced to fines.
