Tripoli, December 12, 2024 (LANA) - The Minister of Oil and Gas in the Government of National Unity, "Khalifa Abdul-Sadiq", discussed today, Thursday, with the Spanish Ambassador to Libya, "Javier Soria Quintana", enhancing cooperation in the fields of energy and investment for Spanish companies in Libya.

The media office of the ministry stated that the meeting discussed the role of Repsol Company as a major partner in the oil, gas and energy sector in Libya, and investment for companies in the renewable energy, agriculture, railways and food projects sectors.

He explained that "Abdul-Sadiq" stressed to the Spanish Ambassador the importance of organizing a business forum between the two countries to enhance economic partnerships for the benefit of both countries.
