Tripoli, December 10, 2024 (LANA) - The Minister of Education in the Government of National Unity, "Musa Al-Maqrif", participated today, Tuesday, in a workshop entitled "Training and its Importance in Modern Management" organized by the Ministry's Human Resources Department.

It aims to consolidate awareness of the importance of training as a strategic tool to improve job performance, provide participants with knowledge about analyzing training needs and assessing gaps, and develop skills to design and implement training plans that are consistent with the Ministry's goals.

He explained that the workshop was presented by training experts Dr. "Khaled Qasim" and Dr. "Abdullah Al-Aqili", and targeted directors of centers, interests, departments, and offices affiliated with the Ministry.

During the workshop, Al-Maqrif stressed the importance of training and its role in achieving quality, providing services and achieving the goals that the ministry seeks to implement, explaining that effective investment in human resources and enhancing the skills of employees and teachers will have a positive impact on the educational process.
