Tripoli, December 2, 2024 (LANA) - The Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General, "Stephanie Khoury", discussed in a meeting held yesterday, Sunday, with the Director-General of the Development and Reconstruction Fund, "Belkacem Haftar", ways to ensure fair and sustainable development for all Libyans throughout the country.
