Tripoli, 25 November 2024 (Lana) GNU Minister of Social Affairs, Wafaa Al-Kilani, discussed with the Director of UNICEF in Libya, in the presence of Member of House of Representatives, Aisha Shalabi, strengthening joint cooperation to support childhood programs in Libya.

The meeting, which was held yesterday in Tripoli, discussed following up on the implementation of the cooperation agreement between the ministry and the organization and developing programs and activities aimed at improving the conditions of children and ensuring their basic rights to education, health, and social protection.

The meeting also discussed the conditions of migrant children in Libya and ways to improve their living conditions, as they are among the most vulnerable groups.
