NOC discusses a number of files.
Pulbished on:Tripoli, 24 November 2024 (Lana) National Oil Corporation (NOC) discussed during an expanded meeting held yesterday a number of files to achieve its goals and strengthen its role in the regional and global market and enhance its ability to face challenges, in addition to discussing its strategy and the extent of its alignment with global market trends in the oil sector.
The meeting included the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Farhat Bengdara; members of the Board of Directors; general managers; and department managers at the Corporation.
The meeting focused on gradually increasing production rates by applying modern technologies and innovative solutions while enhancing the efficiency of operational processes and improving productivity, modernizing institutional processes to meet global requirements, and enhancing the competitiveness of the corporation at all levels.
The meeting also discussed unifying efforts and projects to achieve strategic integration between the various departments of the corporation to achieve maximum benefit from available resources, with the need to empower executive departments by supporting the Strategic Programs Office by providing the necessary tools and resources to ensure effective implementation of the strategy.
Bengdara directed the Strategic Programs Office of the Corporation to prepare an operational plan extending from 3 to 5 years, with the design of an integrated plan that defines priorities and sets a clear roadmap for achieving long-term goals, and to review the strategy of the subsidiary companies to ensure that the strategies of the main companies are consistent with the Corporation’s directions and to enhance their integration with the operational plans.
