Dutch Ambassador to Libya expresses his satisfaction to Al-Baour with the progress of the municipal councils’ electoral process.

Tripoli 21 November 2024 (Lana), Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Al-Baour, met with the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Libya, Joost Klarenbeek.

During the meeting, which was held at the Ministry, ways to enhance and develop bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed, in addition to exchanging views on issues of common interest.

The Dutch Ambassador expressed his satisfaction with the progress of the electoral process for municipal councils in Libya, commending the distinguished level of organization of the electoral process.

The two sides also discussed arrangements related to the upcoming visit of a delegation from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Tripoli, scheduled for December 2024.
