Al-Sour discusses with Karim Khan developments in the investigations conducted by the International Criminal Court.
Pulbished on:Tripoli, November 18, 2024 (LANA) - Attorney General Al-Siddiq Al-Sour discussed today, Monday, in Tripoli, with the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, the developments of the investigations conducted by the court on serious violations within the framework of the principle of integration between national and international judiciaries, according to the Attorney General's Office.
The meeting, according to the office, dealt with cooperation between the two sides, with the participation of the three authorities in the State of Libya, in order to find ways to achieve justice for the victims and prevent them from escaping prosecution.
The meeting, which was attended by a number of Khan's assistants concerned with the Libyan situation, in addition to the State of Libya's coordinator at the court, included exchanging experiences and providing technical and technical support in research of common interest.
