Tripoli, October 28, 2024 (LANAp) - The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) organized an online training session today, Monday, with 27 young men and women from all over Libya on understanding the media environment.
According to the mission, the session focused on the importance of understanding the media environment, sources of information, ways to identify hate speech, and the profound impact of artificial intelligence in the world of media and communication.
Participants in the session stressed the importance of press freedom and community awareness to deal with the complexities of the media landscape.
