Tripoli 22 October 2024 (Lana): U.S. Special Envoy to Libya, Richard Norland, stressed that his country shares the aspirations of the Libyan people to see renewed momentum on a political process leading to a credible roadmap for elections.
This came in a tweet by Norland after his meeting with the Chairman of Ihya Libya, Aref Nayed, yesterday.
“I appreciated the chance to discuss the latest developments in Libya with Dr. Aref Ali Nayed. We value our continued engagement with the full range of political parties and actors in Libya,” Norland said.
