The meeting, which was held yesterday, was attended by the team leader, the advisor to the board of directors of the corporation, and the director of BP, along with a number of managers and specialists from both sides.
Representatives of BP confirmed that Libya is one of the countries targeted for investment in the area of exploration and field development, which contributes to increasing production.
It is noteworthy that the company has exploration and sharing agreements in three exploration blocks, one in the Sirte Basin and two in the Ghadames Basin, in partnership with Eni and the Libyan Investment Authority, as well as the company is also preparing to drill the first exploration well in Block (B) in the Ghadames Basin.
