New York 14 October 2024 (Lana) Libya’s Permanent Mission to the UN strongly condemned Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people, expressing its commitment to the principle of accountability and non-impunity.
This came in a remark by the Minister Plenipotentiary at the mission, Intisar Al-Tamazini, during the Second Committee’s annual general debate of the UN General Assembly in New York, according to the mission’s Facebook page.
The mission also condemned the Israeli aggression in the Lebanese territory, calling for urgent international intervention to end this aggression and prevent the outbreak of a regional war that would negatively affect development in the region and the world.
