Al-Baour meets in Tripoli the Foreign Minister of Congo Brazzaville

Tripoli, October 12, 2024 (LANA) - The person in charge of running the affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, "Taher Al-Baour", met on Thursday in Tripoli; The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Congo, "Jean-Claude Gakosso".

This meeting touched on a number of topics related to the role of the African Union in Libya, especially the file of national reconciliation and the role played by Congo through President Denis Sassou Nguesso and coordination for the comprehensive conference for national reconciliation during the coming period.

"Al-Baour" stressed during the meeting held at the Cabinet; the unlimited support of the Government of National Unity for the path of peace and reconciliation by working with the Presidential Council and other relevant bodies and parties.
