Benghazi 10 October 2024 (Lana) The head of the Civil Society Commission, Mabrouka Baltamar, met yesterday, with the representative of the UN mission in the Eastern Region and the Security Sector Advisor, Ayed Khalayleh, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides.

The meeting discussed the obstacles facing the work of the Commission, such as the absence of a law regulating civil society institutions, and the lack of available capabilities.

During the meeting, it was agreed on the importance of continuing work and communication to enhance cooperation and overcome difficulties, and emphasizing the support of the state institutions and law and strengthening the democratic path and development.
