According to Belihaq, Ageela reviewed a detailed explanation for the development of the Libyan crisis and proposed a number of solutions that require the support of the international community to implement them in order to achieve the will of the Libyan people to organize presidential and parliamentary elections as soon as possible and end the political and institutional division.
For his part, "John Bass" commended the role of the HoR and the High Council of State in addressing the crisis of the Central Bank of Libya, which almost swept away the Libyan economy and the largest financial institution in Libya, stressing the need to form a board of directors for the Bank from highly qualified elements in order to restore confidence between the Bank and international financial institutions.
