Pulbished on:Tripoli, October 2, 2024 (LANA) - The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, stressed the need to complete the pending oil projects and develop the energy infrastructure, which contributes to increasing productivity and stabilizing oil supplies.
This came during his meeting with the Minister of Oil and Gas, Khalifa Abdul Sadiq, and the member of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Investment Authority, Mustafa Al-Manea, to follow up on the file of supporting the oil sector and enhancing its role in the national economy, according to the media office of the Government of National Unity.
The Prime Minister stressed the importance of providing the appropriate investment environment for the return of foreign companies, pointing to the vital role played by the oil sector in strengthening the Libyan economy and securing the necessary financial resources to support stability and development.
During the meeting, ways to enhance cooperation with foreign companies and facilitate their return to work in #Libya, and in various sectors, especially in the oil and gas sector, were discussed.
