Tripoli, September 17, 2024 (LANA) - The Director of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation at the Ministry of Interior, "Noureddine Abu Jarida", discussed today, Tuesday, with the representative of the Turkish Ministry of Interior ways to enhance security cooperation between the two ministries in Libya and Turkey.

The Ministry's media office stated that the meeting discussed joint security training programs between the two countries.

He explained that this meeting comes within the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between Libya and Turkey, especially in the security fields, with the aim of supporting security and stability in the two countries.

The meeting was attended by the Assistant Director of the Department and the Head of the International Cooperation Office, and a number of officials from the Turkish Embassy.
