Tripoli, September 07, 2024  (LANA) - Deputy in the Presidential Council "Abdullah Al-Lafi" considered the decision of the President of the Council "Mohamed Al-Mnifi" to form the Board of Directors of the National Referendum and Inquiry Commission invalid.

"Al-Lafi" said in a post on his personal page on the social networking site Facebook; (I confirm that all decisions of the Presidential Council are taken unanimously in accordance with the political agreement, and I also point out that any unilateral decision issued by any of the three members, whether the President or the two deputies in the Council, is invalid and has no legal effect, which applies to the decision to form the Board of Directors of the alleged National Referendum and Inquiry Commission).
