Tripoli 14 August 2024 (Lana) DSRSG, Stephanie Koury, discussed by phone yesterday with the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Al-Siddiq El-Kabeer, the recent budgetary process, financial stability, and concerning developments in Tripoli.
“We discussed the importance of the CBL role in ensuring financial stability for all Libyans and the importance of comprehensive oversight and transparency in budgetary spending,” Koury said in a tweet.
