The meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony of Rwandan President "Paul Kagame", discussed the latest developments in Libya at various levels, especially the recent meeting of the Egyptian Foreign Minister with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, to discuss the Libyan file to create consensus that contributes to achieving stability.
The media office of the presidency reported that the Egyptian Foreign Minister affirmed his country's continued support for the unity and stability of Libya, and working with all parties to resolve the Libyan crisis, to push the political process in order to reach the holding of presidential and parliamentary elections, and to support the efforts of the Presidential Council for the national reconciliation project.
In turn, "Al-Koni" stressed the depth of the fraternal ties that unite Libya and Egypt, praising the constructive and supportive Egyptian efforts for the stability of Libya, and its pivotal role in resolving the Libyan crisis.
