Benghazi, August 07, 2024 (LANA) - The Speaker of the House of Representatives, "Aguila Saleh", met this afternoon, Wednesday, at the Council's headquarters in Benghazi, with the US Special Envoy "Richard Norland" and the official delegation accompanying him.

The spokesman for the House of Representatives, "Abdullah Blihaq", stated that the meeting, which discussed the latest developments in Libya and ways to end the current crisis, addressed the elections for the presidency of the State Council that took place yesterday, Tuesday, where it was emphasized to adhere to what the law stipulates in this regard.
