Nearly 41,000 Sudanese refugees have entered Libya since April 2023.

Tripoli, July 10, 2024 (LANA) - The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees said that nearly 41,000 Sudanese refugees have been registered in Libya, including 20,000 who have entered the country since April 2023.
The Commission confirmed in its report last June that it had provided more than 6,000 packages of food, clothing, blankets, hygiene supplies and kitchen utensils to more than 1,400 Sudanese refugee families in Libya.
They indicated that they are in constant contact with the refugees to determine their needs, while giving priority to the most vulnerable people, especially women, children, unaccompanied minors, and the elderly.
