Benghazi - July 09, 2024 - (LANA) - The House of Representatives held its official session today, Tuesday, headed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Counselor Aguila Saleh, and in the presence of the First Vice President, Fawzi Al-Nuwairi.

 The official spokesman for the House of Representatives, Abdullah Balihaq, said that the session began with the Speaker of the House giving a briefing on his meetings over the past few days.

He added, that the Council began discussing the item of appropriating an additional allocation for the state’s general budget for the year 2024, submitted by the Libyan government, after discussing and deliberation of the item, the session was suspended and will be held tomorrow, Wednesday.
