The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the government appointed by Parliament is discussing the height of cooperation with Greece in the fields of investment and reconstruction.
Pulbished on:Benghazi, July 8, 2024 (LANA) - The Director of the European Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the government appointed by Parliament, “Adel Bakkar,” discussed with the Greek Ambassador to Libya the contribution of Greek businessmen and companies to the reconstruction projects taking place in the city of Benghazi and other Libyan cities.
This came during the meeting held between them at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Benghazi, in the presence of the Chairman and members of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and the Greek Consul.
During the meeting, many topics of common interest in the political, economic and investment fields were discussed.
During the meeting, the two sides also reviewed the procedures related to granting visas, opening airspace to Libyan airlines, and opening the sea line between Benghazi and Athens, in order to enhance cooperation and develop the relationship between Libya and Greece.
