A training course to develop employees of the Ministry of Labor’s training centers concluded.

 Tripoli - July 05, 2024 - (LANA) - The Department of Training Center Affairs at the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation, in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), concluded yesterday, Thursday, a training course within the department’s annual operational plan, entitled “Training and developing center employees in four training areas.” ".

The Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation stated that the course, which was held at the Planning Institute, targeted heads of departments and employees of training centers from the cities of Benghazi, Sabha, Tommina, Al-Jofra, and Tarhona, with the participation of 48 employees.

The Director of the Training Centers Affairs Department at the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation, Mr. Jumaa Al-Mabrouk, said that 15 distinguished trainees will be selected to hold an advanced training course in one of the cities that will be named later, explaining that this advanced course aims to raise their competencies in their specializations to be the core of trainers in the training centers. .

The Ministry indicated that the course lasted for five days, as part of the keenness of the Department of Training Centers Affairs at the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation to prepare job cadres for training centers in accordance with approved standards.
