 Tripoli, July 05, 2024 (LANA) - The Charge d'Affairs of the US Embassy to Libya, Jimmy Brent, expressed his happiness with the participation of what he described as close Libyan partners in the celebration held by the embassy, in Tripoli on, Thursday evening, on the occasion of the 248th anniversary of the independence of the United States.

 Burt confirmed in a tweet published by the embassy through its account on the X website, that this presence is a sign of the friendship between the Libyan and American peoples and our mutual commitment to expanding bilateral relations.
