Al-Abed meets with his Tunisian counterpart.

Tunis, 29 June 2024 (Lana): GNU Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation, Ali Al-Abed, discussed with his Tunisian counterpart, Lotfi Diab, a number of issues on work and vocational employment and training on the sidelines of the activities of the 2024 high-level regional meeting on youth learning, developing their skills, and their transition to work in the Tunisian capital, Tunis.

The communication office of the Ministry stated that the meeting held yesterday and the two parties agreed to accelerate activating the memorandum of understanding signed between them earlier, exchange experiences, and benefit from modern technologies in the area of organizing procedures for employing the workforce and ensuring their rights in a way that achieves the maximum benefit for the two countries.

During the meeting, Al-Abed stated that the importance of joint cooperation and enhancing relations between the two countries is to achieve the aspirations of youths and provide job opportunities that contribute to the economic and social development of the two countries.
