Tripoli, June 24, 2024 (LANA) - The person in charge of managing the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, “Al-Taher Al-Baour,” received at the Ministry’s headquarters in Tripoli today, Monday, the new Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the State of Libya, “Kovin Begtic,” who presented him with a copy of his credentials as his country’s ambassador to the State of Libya.

According to the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Facebook, during the meeting, Al-Baour welcomed the new ambassador, wishing him success in performing his duties and the ministry’s readiness to provide him with the necessary assistance, stressing at the same time the depth of the historical relations that bind the two friendly countries, and the importance of consolidating cooperation and partnership in a way that serves the common interests of the two friendly peoples.
