Work continues on the new Om-Jersan power station project.

 Tripoli, June 20, 2024 (LANA) - The General Electricity Company announced today, Thursday, the continuation of civil works on the new OM-Jersan station project, voltage 11/66 kV.

The company stated, that these works are under the supervision and follow-up of the Western Mountain Distribution Projects Department in order to improve the network and address all bottlenecks.

According to the company, this comes within the plan of the company’s board of directors to develop and modernize the transfer stations in all Libyan cities and regions, in order to preserve the stability of the network and ensure the continuity of electrical current.
