Approving the construction of a road linking Sokna to the cement factory.

 Al-Jufra, June 07, 2024 (LANA) - Permission was given to the Transportation Projects Implementation Agency affiliated with the Ministry of Transportation of the National Unity Government to launch a project to establish and implement a paved road linking Sokna and the cement factory to be established in Al-Jofra.

 Minister of Transportation met in his office with the Mayor of Al-Jofra Municipality, Saeed Gringo, and the Undersecretary of the Municipal Council Office, who provided a detailed explanation of the importance of constructing the road, coinciding with the start of implementation of the cement factory, which constitutes one of the strategic projects for Al-Jofra region, covering the needs of the region and neighboring areas with cement.
