Tripoli, June 07, 2024 (LANA) - The Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qaderbuh, discussed yesterday, Thursday, with the Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Libya, Liu Jian, the return of Chinese companies to resume work in Libya.

The Authority’s media office stated, that the two sides discussed many issues of regulatory concern related to the stalled development projects throughout Libya, for which contracts were made with a number of Chinese companies, and to find effective solutions to activate them to advance the wheel of construction and sustainable development in order to achieve political, economic and social stability.

 During the meeting, “Liu Jian” extended to “Qaderbuh” an invitation from the Chairman of the National Oversight Committee of the People’s Republic of China to attend a high-level forum for heads of oversight bodies in member states of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, scheduled to be held next September.
