Tripoli, June 4, 2024 (Lana) The Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of China to Libya, Liu Jian, said that his country is determined to return the Embassy's work in Tripoli if the security situation improves.

Liu Jian said in a statement to the Libyan News Agency that the historical relations between China and Libya push it to stand with the Libyan people and its institutions to continue their track in achieving its political and security stability and building their modern country's basis in various areas away from interference in internal affairs.

He stated that his country is ready to make all efforts to find a sustainable political solution for the Libyan crisis through dialogue and negotiations.
