The head of the Criminal Investigation Service inspects the final stages of maintenance and development of the Ras Jedir land crossing.

Tripoli, June 2, 2024 (LANA) - The head of the Criminal Investigation Service, Major General Mahmoud Ashour, today, Sunday, conducted an inspection visit to the Ras Jadeer land crossing, during which he was briefed on the final stages of maintenance and development of the crossing.
During his visit, he was also briefed on the maintenance and development work that had been completed for the port’s facilities, ensuring that the level of performance was improved and that all problems facing the transit movement of passengers and goods between the two brotherly countries were solved with ease.
During the visit, Major General Ashour met with the engineers of the Telecommunications Holding Company, where they briefed him on the work that had been accomplished in the field of communications, stressing to them the importance of completing the work related to communications and equipment that will support the technical work at the border crossing.
