Al-Sayeh receives the Egyptian ambassador to Libya.

Tripoli, May 28, 2024 (LANA) - The Chairman of the High Electoral Commission, Imad Al-Sayeh, received today, Tuesday, the Ambassador of the Republic of Egypt to Libya, Tamer Al-Hafni, and his accompanying delegation, at the Commission’s headquarters in the capital, Tripoli.
The Commission stated that the two sides discussed during the meeting ways to support the electoral process in Libya, and the Commission’s level of readiness to implement the upcoming elections.
Adding that, Al-Hafni expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the Commission in preparation for the municipal council elections.
