This came in a press statement following his participation in the meeting organized by the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Libya, Debbie Hurst, between a large number of Libyan and American companies doing business in the capital, Tripoli.
Brent pointed out that the discussions held today between representatives of major American and Libyan companies opened broad horizons for strengthening trade ties between the two friendly countries.
The Chargé d'Affaires explained that representatives of American and Libyan companies discussed in their meeting today commercial opportunities in Libya, in addition to enhancing cooperation in the areas of technology and innovative solutions provided by the American private sector to the Libyan market.
