Tripoli, May 16, 2024 (LANA) - The National Oil Corporation signed an agreement yesterday, Wednesday, with the executive branch to drill and maintain water wells in the Oil Crescent and the Central Region, within the framework of sustainable development programs and covering the water deficit in some areas of the Oil Crescent.

The corporation's official website stated that the first phase will include drilling 17 wells distributed among the municipalities of the Oil Crescent, the oasis region, and the central and southern regions.
