U.S. Embassy launches a Program for Social Communication in Libya.

Tripoli, May 15, 2024 (Lana) The U.S. Embassy in Libya announced the launch of the National Program for Community Participation and Social Communication in cooperation with the GNU Ministry of Local Governance in a number of community service areas. 

“The 'Easier Access, Better Participation' initiative marked the inaugural gathering for newly established Persons with Disabilities Offices across Libya,” the Embassy stated in a tweet.

“These offices offer a platform for the Persons with Disabilities community to exchange insights and advocate for inclusion,” it added.
