Russian Embassy and UNSMIL discuss the political process in Libya.

Tripoli, May 14, 2024 (Lana): The Russian Ambassador to Libya, Aydar Aghanin, and the UN Acting  Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Libya, Stephanie Khory, discussed the Libyan political process.

This came during a meeting between Aghanin and Khory held yesterday, according to the Embassy’s Facebook page.

“The two parties discussed the current situation of the Libyan political process and the need to unify efforts to find a solution on the basis of the national consensus of all Libyan political and social parties,” the embassy added.
