Law Enforcement Department arrests 8 Africans who attempted to enter Tunisia.

Tripoli, May 12, 2024 (Lana): Patrols of the Law Enforcement Department of the General Directorate of Security Operations arrested 8 African people and 2 children who attempted to infiltrate through the crossing to enter Tunisian territory illegally.
The department confirmed in a statement that those arrested were referred to the Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency in the Joint Security Room after taking all legal measures against them.
The department said that the arrest of these people comes within the framework of the tasks assigned to it in securing the Ras Ijdir border crossing and within the work of the Joint Security Room formed by the Minister of Interior.
