El-Kabeer meets with the French Ambassador.

Tripoli, May 12, 2024 (Lana): The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Al-Siddiq El-Kabeer, discussed with the French Ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje, developing and supporting relations between the central banks of Libya and France.
According to the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), the meeting discussed a number of issues, including the development and support of relations between the two banks in the areas of combating money laundering and terrorist financing, compliance, risks, and raising capabilities in the area of cybersecurity.
The meeting also reviewed the Economic Forum that will be held in Paris on July 3 and invited the CBL to participate in it in the presence of a number of financial, economic, local, and international figures.
