Libyan Embassy in Bulgaria announces the resumption of maintenance of the Libyan Airbus 319.

Tripoli, May 12, 2024 (Lana) The Libyan Embassy in Bulgaria announced the resumption of maintenance on the Libyan Airbus 319 located at Sofia Airport after it had stopped for more than 8 years.

The Embassy said in a statement on its Facebook page that the resumption of maintenance came after a direct follow-up and coordination between the Administrative Control Authority and the Libyan Embassy in Bulgaria and AFRIQIYAH airlines.

It stated that it’s expected that the plane will return to Libya and join the company next August.
