Tripoli, December 31, 2023 (LANA) - The Second Deputy President of the High Council of State, Omar Al-Obaidi, met today, Sunday in Tripoli, with the Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qadirbuh.

     The Council’s media office stated that the meeting emphasized activating the role of the Authority, its main departments, and its affiliated internal and external committees, imposing its control over all Libyan territory, monitoring all ministries and agencies, and effective external follow-up, which is imposing its oversight on embassies, foreign mission offices, and all companies subject to the Libyan Institution for Investment.

         Law No. (15) of 2023 issued by the House of Representatives regarding the establishment and development of the Health Institutions Accreditation and Monitoring Authority was also discussed.
