The Supreme Commander of the Army inspects the facilities and installations of the Military College.

Tripoli, December 31, 2023 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, the Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, “Mohamed Al-Manfi,” visited the Military College this Sunday morning, where he was received by the Chief of the General Staff and the Commander of the Military College.

    The media office of the Council President stated that the Supreme Commander inspected the guard of honor, shook hands with the department directors and the chief instructor at the Military College, and laid a wreath of flowers on the souls of the Military college’s martyrs.

        The office added that the Supreme Commander inspected the facilities and installations of the Military College, viewed the technical equipment, listened to comprehensive explanations about the training programs and capacity-enhancing projects, and also reviewed the needs of those facilities.

     The Chairman of the Council, the Supreme Commander of the Army, affirmed his intention to provide the necessary capabilities for the Military College, which includes students from all over the country, in order to raise the educational level in all military institutions in line with technical development, praising the efforts made by those in charge of this edifice to get students prepared and qualified to the highest level.        He also stressed the importance of keeping pace with scientific development so that the Libyan Armed Forces can confront the various military and security challenges emerging to our society, the most dangerous of which is terrorism.
