Sirte Oil and Gas Company succeeds in re-entering the well (A1-NC107) into production.

Tripoli, December 30, 2023 (Lana): Sirte Oil and Gas Company succeeded in re-entering the well (A1-NC107) to produce at a rate of 2,400 barrels of crude oil per day.

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) said on its official page that this success came after the Sirte Company implemented the strategic plan to extract the reserves of the block (NC107) by maintaining, re-entering, and activating the oil wells, so that the company’s technical teams were able to re-enter the well (A1-NC107), and its test results showed encouraging rates, amounting to more than 2,400 barrels of crude oil per day.

It is noteworthy that the plot (NC107) is 25 kilometers south of Al-Khair oil field and includes seven wells, including three productive wells targeted for maintenance and re-entry, and it will be linked to “Al-Khair” oil field to add more than 3,000 barrels per day of crude oil.
