  Tripoli, December 20, 2023  (LANA) - “Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir,” Governor of the Central Bank of Libya in Tripoli, received “Martin Longden,” the new British ambassador to the State of Libya, today, Wednesday.

        The Central Bank of Libya reported on its official page that the meeting held at the bank’s headquarters in Tripoli during which views were exchanged on many issues of common interest.

     The bank added that the British ambassador praised the role of the Central Bank of Libya in supporting the state's financial stability, fighting corruption, and reconstructing areas affected by floods.
