Tripoli, December 17, 2023 (LANA) - Member of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, confirmed that the positions of the Presidential Council are expressed in official statements issued by all members, in accordance with the provisions of the Geneva Agreement.

    Al-Lafi said in his blog post on Saturday (As a member of the Presidential Council, I would like to clarify that I have no knowledge of the meeting that was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt, or what was proposed after that, except through media channels), referring to the meeting that was held yesterday, in Cairo, and gathered the President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Manfi, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, and Khalifa Haftar.

   The Presidential Council member added that the positions of the Presidential Council are expressed in official statements issued in collectively, in accordance with the provisions of the Geneva Agreement.
