Ministry of Culture discusses bilateral cooperation with her Russian counterpart.

Tripoli, November 19, 2023 (Lana) The Russian Minister of Culture, Olga Lyubimova, expressed her readiness to provide Libyan students with training opportunities and allocate scholarships in the areas of culture and the arts.

This came during her meeting on Friday with the Minister of Culture, Mabrouka Toghi, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, according to the Facebook page of the Ministry.

The two sides discussed the possibility of signing an executive program for cultural and artistic cooperation that includes celebrating the 70th anniversary of Libyan-Russian relations in 2025.

The two ministers also reviewed aspects of bilateral cooperation in the areas of culture and the arts and ways to strengthen cultural relations between the two friendly countries.
