Libyan National Security Advisor concludes his visit to Moscow.

Tripoli, November 18, 2023 (LANA) - The Libyan National Security Advisor, “Ibrahim Bushnaf,” and his accompanying delegation concluded their official visit to Russia, which came at the invitation of the Secretary of the Russian National Security Council, “Nikolai Petrushev.”
At the beginning of the visit, a meeting was held with the Secretary of the Russian National Security Council, Nikolai Platonovich Patrushev, and his deputy, Venediktov Nikolaevich, which dealt with all political and security issues of common concern related to national security affairs.
Libyan delegation was briefed on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation's work mechanism, followed by a joint meeting that discussed the areas of training and development and the possibility of the Libyan side benefiting from Russian expertise in this field.
